Caring For Your Side Sleeper Pillow
We recommend covering your pillow with the case provided to protect it. Launder the pillowcase as often as desired.
When needed, remove the filling from your pillow and machine wash the cotton cover. Use warm water and dry on low heat or air dry.
Wool is naturally resistant to dust mites. If kept properly covered, the filling of your pillow should never require washing.

We simply ask that you sleep on your new PlushBeds mattress for at least 30 days allow your body to adjust to sleeping on natural latex. If after 30 days you decide that your PlushBeds mattress is not for you, you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price as long as any bonus items received with your mattress are returned in new, unopened condition. You will simply need to box the mattress for shipping and we will arrange for a curbside mattress pickup. Once we receive your mattress, a full refund of the purchase price will be refunded back to you. Should you decide to return your mattress prior to a 30-day trial, or keep any bonus accessories received with your mattress, a $99 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled without incurring shipping charges. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You may return your latex mattress for free within 100 nights of receipt, after a 30-day trial. We advise that you save the original packing materials if you believe you may want to have the option of returning it. PlushBeds very few returns (less than 2%).
